Position: Preschool Teacher Assistant

Location: Real Life Christian Church – Mt. Dora Campus: 31205 Round Lake Rd., Mt. Dora, Fl 32757

Position Details: Real Life is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the lead teacher in delivering a high-quality early childhood education program, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for young children. Additionally, the candidate will nurture and guide children to promote their social, emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual growth through our curriculum and age-appropriate lessons.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have a High School diploma or GED and will have or will obtain a DCF state-mandated training within the first 90 days of employment. Additionally, the candidate will have or will obtain training on the CLASS (classroom assessment scoring system). Interest in furthering education; CDA, FCCPC, or degree in the field is preferred.
