Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum two years of experience working in a structured childcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
  • Must pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in Early Childhood Education preferred.
