Northstar Preschools at Sendera Ranch is hiring dedicated Childcare Teachers to support early childhood education. You will create a nurturing classroom, implement engaging activities, and collaborate with families to support each child’s development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Must pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and safe learning environment for children
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Collaborate with parents and colleagues to ensure a holistic learning experience for each child
• Foster a love of learning through engaging and interactive lesson plans
