As part of your position you will spend your days nurturing and encouraging the children in your care. As part of the role, you will have the responsibility to:

• ~ Plan lessons that are inspired by the interests and developmental needs of the children in your classroom.
• ~ Get to know the children on their level, giving guidance, support, words of encouragement, and smiles.
