Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide classroom activities, mentor fellow teachers, and promote the growth of preschool children. The role emphasizes strong classroom leadership, engagement with families, and adherence to licensing standards.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

• Create! Develop fun,interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation range of $19.56-$20.32 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers
