Job summary

A Step Ahead Child Care Center in Omaha, NE is seeking passionate Lead Teachers to plan weekly lessons aligned with children’s interests and development. You will nurture preschool and preK groups, guiding and supporting them while fostering a creative, kind classroom.

We offer a pay range of $16-$19/hour with full-time hours, paid training, flexible scheduling, paid holidays, 1–4 weeks paid vacation, discounted child care, and comprehensive benefits. Growth from within is encouraged.

Our pay range for Lead Teachers is $16-$19/hour, based on experience and expertise.
