Arizona Sunrays in Phoenix invites compassionate teachers to join our Sunrays Learning Center Team. If you love helping little ones explore, move, and grow, you could be the perfect fit to Bring the Joy to the classroom every day.

Formación

• High School Diploma and 6 months in a licensed childcare facility or equivalent.
• Certifications: NAC/CDA/CCP/CPC or CPR/First Aid.
• 12 credits (6 in ECE) and 6 months child experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in ECE or a closely related field (no experience necessary!).
• AND CPR/First Aid certification & AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Strength & Agility: ability to lift up to 50 lbs and keep up with active kids.

• Create the Magic: Foster a safe, inclusive, and fun classroom where every child feels seen and supported.
• Dig In: Bring our active learning curriculum to life while letting kids explore their own ideas.
• Lead the Way: Guide activities indoors and out—from movement and dance to ninja and more!
• Cultivate Growth: Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through creativity and care.
• Own It: Partner with your team to maintain high licensing and Sunrays safety standards.
