Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking enthusiastic Assistant Teachers to join our child care team. You will follow licensing guidelines and company standards to provide daily care for children, while developing plans and communicating with families.

Training covers childcare, preschool, and child development topics. We welcome energetic, dependable individuals who enjoy working with children and can adapt to indoor and outdoor activities.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Develop observation, assessment, and planning for children and effective communication with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Engage with children indoors or outdoors and participate in activities with them.
• Meet state/accreditation education/experience requirements and support daily operations.
