Beach Babies is seeking a Lead Teacher as well as an assistant teacher for our Infant and Toddler classrooms. These candidates:

1. Will work closely with a co-teacher to design and maintain a structured, nurturing, learning, and comfortable environment for the children in their care.
2. Will follow our current curriculum while collaborating with the team to incorporate new ideas.
3. Must be confident in managing a group of 8 toddlers with ease and enjoyment.
4. Must be a team player, working professionally and respectfully with co-teachers and sharing common goals.
5. Must be able to communicate professionally with parents, demonstrating kindness and consideration.
