The Learning Experience in North Billerica is seeking a caring Preschool Teacher for a Full-Time position, Monday–Friday. You will support children ages 3–5 in a structured class focused on kindergarten readiness, fostering social-emotional growth through hands-on learning.

The ideal candidate will create engaging classroom environments and communicate with families about progress. A Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher certification is required, along with classroom experience.

Pay: $22–$23 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Billerica is seeking a caring and dependable Preschool Teacher to support children ages 3–5 in a structured early childhood classroom focused on kindergarten readiness, social-emotional growth, and hands-on learning experiences.

This role is ideal for educators who enjoy creating engaging classroom environments where children build confidence, independence, and strong early academic foundations through guided learning and meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily preschool classroom routines and learning activities
• Implement developmentally appropriate experiences that support early literacy, math readiness, and problem-solving skills
• Create a safe, nurturing, and organized classroom environment
• Support children’s social-emotional development and classroom participation
• Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom progress and milestones
• Collaborate with teaching team members and center leadership to maintain classroom consistency
• Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing and safety requirements

Qualifications

• Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field preferred
