Job summary

The Guild of St. Agnes is seeking an EEC certified Preschool Teacher at our Webster, MA location. This individual will shape the classroom environment within agency guidelines by leading, coordinating, and making decisions to develop and maintain a quality early childhood program.

This candidate will have taken Child Growth and Development at the College level and have a minimum of 9 months experience working with infant, toddler or preschool children. The Guild of St.

Qualifications

• Requires EEC certification.
• College coursework in Child Growth and Development completed.
• Minimum 9 months of experience with infant, toddler or preschool children.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times, staying alert to individual and group needs.
• Support the Lead Teacher in creating and implementing an engaging, enriching learning environment.
• Share in classroom decision-making to develop mutually agreeable plans for the children.

HOURS: M-F 8 hour shift with a 45 minute paid break
