The Learning Experience Meridian is seeking a warm, reliable Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team in Meridian, Idaho. Our preschool focuses on kindergarten readiness through hands-on learning, creativity, and structured play for ages 3-5.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous daycare/preschool experience preferred.
• CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Must meet Idaho childcare licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a preschool classroom in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.

• Encourage independence, positive behavior, and peer relationships.
• Communicate daily with families about learning, routines, and progress.

Location: Meridian, ID Pay: $16-$18 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

The Learning Experience - Meridian is seeking a warm, reliable, and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Our preschool classrooms focus on preparing children for kindergarten through hands-on learning, creativity, and structured play.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
