Job summary

Taylor Corporation, including Golden Heart Child Care, is seeking a Child Care Giver to care for children aged 3 to 6. The role supports the center's program, meeting the needs of each child with dignity and respect, and works with the team in the absence of the coordinator. The position requires coursework meeting Minnesota DHS Assistant Teacher requirements and a minimum two-year degree meeting DHS qualifications.

The shift is Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with 7–8 hour shifts.

Golden Heart Child Care, a Taylor Corporation company, is seeking a Child Care Giver to care for children ages 3 to 6. This role is part of the center's team and is responsible for meeting the needs of each individual child, treating each child with dignity and respect, and building positive relationships with parents. This position also supports the center's program during the absence of the coordinator.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining a safe environment by observing appropriate equipment for children's developmental levels

Compensation:

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $14.00 - $16.00. The actual rate offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
