• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
• Support your success by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, growth and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners
• Implement Learn And Play Montessori School Montessori + STEM curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child

Requirements :

• 12 core ECE Units & Infant / toddler course completed
• Child Care Developmental Associate (CDA) Credential
• Willingness to change diapers
• Ability to multitask and remain organized
• Ability to work within regular operating hours
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment
