What You'll Do

• Create an inviting and stimulating learning environment
• Develop and implement creative curriculum and activities
• Maintain organized and culturally reflective learning spaces
• Build effective partnerships with families
• Observe and assess each child's progress
• Plan activities using verbal and non-verbal strategies
• Conduct daily health checks

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma; AA degree preferred
• Current Child Development permit at the Associate Teacher level or higher
• 12+ semester units in Early Childhood Education; 6 units in infant/toddler development with grade C or above
• Exceptional English communication skills; bilingual/multilingual preferred
• Experience in early childhood classrooms and diverse cultural settings
• Current Pediatric First Aid and CPR certificates
• Ability to work in high-stress situations with emotional maturity
