Job summary

The Learning Experience – Franklin is hiring an experienced Preschool Teacher to create engaging learning experiences that help children develop confidence, curiosity, and the skills needed for kindergarten success. The Learning Experience – Franklin seeks a candidate with Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification and, ideally, an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education.

Strong communication with families and teamwork with staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required.
• Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Previous preschool teaching experience preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a preschool classroom using The Learning Experience's LEAP Curriculum.
• Promote early literacy, math, science, and social-emotional development.
• Create a structured, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
• Observe and document developmental progress.
• Partner with families through regular communication.
• Collaborate with teachers and center leadership.
• Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations.

Location: The Learning Experience – Franklin

Pay: $21–$23 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

• Lead a preschool classroom using The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum


• Promote early literacy, math, science, and social-emotional development


• Create a structured, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment

• Collaborate with teachers and center leadership


• Maintain compliance with all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations
