Job summary

Discovery Kidzone in Bozeman, MT is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to create a welcoming, engaging classroom where children feel confident, curious, and excited to learn.

You will plan developmentally appropriate lessons, foster social and emotional growth, and build strong partnerships with families while collaborating with a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Preschool Teacher or Lead Teacher in a licensed childcare or early learning program
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and developmentally appropriate practices
• Experience planning and implementing preschool curriculum
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
• Positive and collaborative leadership style
• Passion for working with preschool-aged children
• CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
• Ability to complete all required Montana licensing, training, and background check requirements
