Discovery Kidzone in Bozeman, MT is seeking an Infant & Toddler Teacher to foster a warm, safe, and engaging classroom where young children learn through play and meaningful daily experiences.

No prior childcare experience is required; we provide paid onboarding and ongoing support, competitive pay based on education and experience, and opportunities to pursue CDA or Montessori certification, professional development, health benefits, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Caring and patient demeanor with young children
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to complete Montana licensing training
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care and supervision for infants and toddlers
• Build positive, trusting relationships with children
• Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, napping, and play
• Prepare bottles and follow proper food storage and sanitation procedures
• Create engaging experiences through music, sensory activities, books, movement, and play
• Encourage children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development
• Maintain a calm, positive, and nurturing classroom environment
• Observe and document children's daily activities and developmental milestones
• Communicate professionally with families about children's routines, progress, and milestones
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support a successful classroom
• Maintain a clean, organized, and healthy learning environment

Discovery Kidzone is looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Infant & Toddler Teacher to join our team in Bozeman. What You'll Do

As an Infant & Toddler Teacher, you'll help create a warm, safe, and engaging environment where children feel secure and excited to learn.

You'll:

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of experience to join our team. We're looking for someone who is:

• At least 16 years old
• Caring, patient, dependable, and attentive
• Interested in infant and toddler development
• Positive and comfortable working as part of a team
• Organized and able to stay calm in a busy classroom
• A strong communicator
• Willing to learn and complete required Montana licensing training
• CPR and First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)

Previous childcare experience is helpful, but not required. Paid training is provided!
