Job summary

Primrose School of West Allen is seeking caring preschool teachers to join our team in Allen, TX. You’ll use the Balanced Learning curriculum to foster curiosity, creativity and compassion, while building genuine relationships with each child.

You’ll collaborate with a co-teacher, maintain an organized classroom, and support a culture of high-quality teaching through ongoing training and the Primrose program.

Qualifications

• You have previous experience working in a preschool or childcare enviornment.
• Reliable.
• Engaged and invested in your classroom environment, the children in your care, and your team.
• Willing to implement Primrose programming with suppport and training.
• Organized, tidy, and have a passion for teaching and nurturing children that sets you apart from others.

Responsibilities

• Spend your days building genuine relationships with each child.
• Work with your co-teacher to implement the lesson plans from the Balanced Learning curriculum.
• Maintain a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
• Discover what works best for each child as you teach them about the world around them.
