Primrose School of West Allen in Texas is hiring for teaching roles within our Balanced Learning program. Join a team that nurtures curiosity, creativity and compassion in young learners, fostering a lifelong love of learning.

As a classroom partner, you will build genuine relationships with children, implement research-based lesson plans with your co-teacher, maintain a clean, engaging space, and support families through daily interactions.

Responsibilities

• Spend your day building genuine relationships with each child.
• Work with your co-teacher to implement the lesson plans from the Balanced Learning curriculum.
• Maintain a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
• Discover what works best for each child as you teach them about the world around them.
