Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing qualifications for Teacher Assistant.
• Experience in early childhood education or daycare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive and respectful classroom environment for all children.
• Greet children and families daily and build professional, welcoming relationships.
• Assist with recognizing individual developmental and behavioral needs, including following IEPs and behavior plans.
• Support curriculum implementation and Cadence Education programs.
• Communicate professionally with families, coworkers, and leadership using approved tools.
• Follow Cadence Safety and Supervision policies and document incidents accordingly.
• Assist with documenting and reporting escalated child behaviors per Cadence procedures.
• Adhere to Employee Handbook policies and participate in meetings and trainings.
