Catholic Charities Diocese of Cleveland is seeking an Assistant Teacher to support daily classroom activities and implement the Creative Curriculum in licensed Head Start programs. You will work under supervision to provide a safe, engaging learning environment for children and collaborate with families to support developmental goals.

The role requires a background in early childhood education or CDA, 1-3 years of classroom experience, and ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Formación

• Associates degree preferred or CDA in Pre-K required.
• 1-3 years experience in daycare or preschool related setting.
• Current First Aid/CPR/Child Abuse or related training preferred or to be completed within 3 months of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and assist with classroom activities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist lead teacher in day-to-day classroom activities.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized learning environment.
• Keep accurate attendance and child records and follow regulatory requirements.
• Utilize curriculum and assessment tools to monitor child development.
• Engage with children and families to support learning goals.
