Job summary

Wonderschool in West Bend, WI seeks a Part-Time Substitute Teacher for licensed daycare centers serving infants to preschoolers. Choose your own 4–8 hour shifts between 6 AM and 6 PM and earn $16-$17 per hour with bonuses in your first 90 days.

No teaching license, lesson planning, or grading required. Must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, be authorized to work in the U.S., pass a background check, and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Fill in for teachers in preschools and daycare centers when staff are out.
• Care for and support children ages 0-5 through play and early learning activities
• Follow classroom routines and lesson plans provided by the center
• Help with activities such as arts & crafts, music, meals, and outdoor play
• Partner with teachers and center staff to maintain a safe, engaging environment
