Job summary

Wonderschool is seeking a Part-Time Substitute Teacher for Preschool/Daycare in West Bend, WI and nearby areas. Earn $16-$17/hr with bonuses within the first 90 days, and enjoy flexible, part-time shifts in licensed centers serving infants to preschoolers (0-5).

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children (preferred).
• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential (preferred).
• Coursework in early childhood education or child development (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Fill in for teachers in preschools and daycare centers when staff are out.
• Care for and support children ages 0-5 through play and early learning activities.
• Follow classroom routines and lesson plans provided by the center.
• Help with activities such as arts & crafts, music, meals, and outdoor play.
• Partner with teachers and center staff to maintain a safe, engaging environment.
