Job summary

Wonderschool in Fond du Lac, WI is hiring part-time substitute teachers for preschool and daycare. You will fill in for teachers across licensed centers, caring for children ages 0-5 and following center routines. Shifts range 4–8 hours between 6 AM and 6 PM, with no teaching license required.

Pay is $16–$17/hr plus bonuses (up to $300 in 90 days) and a $100 first-week bonus after completing initial hours. Mileage reimbursement is available for eligible travel.

Responsibilities

• Fill in for teachers in preschools and daycare centers when staff are out
• Care for and support children ages 0-5 through play and early learning activities
• Follow classroom routines and lesson plans provided by the center
• Help with activities such as arts & crafts, music, meals, and outdoor play
• Partner with teachers and center staff to maintain a safe, engaging environment
