Job Description

Part-Time Preschool Special Education Paraeducator

Hudson Community School District is seeking a part-time special education paraeducator for our preschool program. This position may have an immediate start date; however, we can provide interim coverage until securing the best hire.

The position will be for approximately 3 hours (11:50 am - 3:05 pm) four days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday).

The paraeducator will work directly with the student under the direction and supervision of a special education teacher. Duties include helping the student understand and apply classroom instruction, planning and adapting instructional activities, providing behavioral aid and instruction as needed, and tracking and monitoring student progress.
