Council Bluffs Community School District is seeking a Preschool Special Ed Paraeducator for Bloomer Elementary School in Council Bluffs, IA. The position runs 7.5 hours per day, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break, and offers competitive benefits.

It is REQUIRED that you have AT LEAST ONE (1) of the following to be qualified for this position.

• AA Degree, OR
• At least 48 credit hours of college courses, OR
• Para Certificate, OR
• NCRC - National Career Readiness Certificate

We are also seeking:

• Experience working with young people in an educationsetting preferred.
• Ability to become CPR/First Aid certifiedis required. The District HR Departmentwill set this up.
