Job summary

Farmington Public Schools (CT) seeks a Senior Group Leader for the Preschool program within the Extended Care & Learning division. The role is full-time year-round, running 7:00am to 3:30pm, supporting before- and after-school activities.

Responsibilities include supervising children, implementing activities, and adhering to program policies. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least one year of experience with children, and current CPR, First Aid, and EpiPen

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Development, Education, Recreation, or related field.
• At least 1 year experience working with children.
• CPR & First Aid certification and Epi-pen current (or obtainable within one month).

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of children and proper supervision at all times.
• Follow EXCL/FCP policies and procedures.
• Plan and implement activities for all programs.
• Develop knowledge of program policies and procedures.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.

Skills
