Farmington Public Schools is seeking part-time Senior Group Leaders for the Extended Care & Learning Program (EXCL) for 2026-2027. Positions are available at multiple sites with shifts in the morning and/or afternoon.

Qualifications

• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Working knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
• Ability to supervise small or large groups of children.
• Ability to develop behavior management strategies as needed.
• Enthusiastic and creative in carrying out program activities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of children and proper supervision at all times.
• Follow all EXCL policies and procedures and observe campus safety.
• Meet with school personnel as needed to coordinate activities.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for all programs.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings and participate in program evaluation.
