Job summary

ChildCareGroup is seeking a Preschool Resource Teacher to support high‑quality early learning for preschoolers. You will implement developmentally appropriate programming, maintain a safe classroom, and support instructional excellence across classrooms.

The role requires CDA or an Associate’s Degree in child development and at least one year of experience with young children, with strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with families and staff.

Qualifications

• CDA credential or Associate’s Degree in child development or related field.
• One year of experience working with young children.
• Knowledge of early childhood development and desire to work with preschoolers.
• Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities aligned with RC3.
• Support children’s growth across developmental domains with progress tracking.
• Build relationships with children and families through conferences and home visits.
• Collaborate with classroom teams and cover daily programming in Lead Teacher’s absence.
