Job summary

You bring a CDA or Associate’s Degree in child development and at least one year of experience with infants/toddlers, plus strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with families and staff.

Qualifications

• CDA or Associate’s Degree in child development or related field.
• One year of experience working with young children (infant/toddler preferred).
• Knowledge of early childhood development and a passion for infants and toddlers.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with ability to collaborate with staff, parents, and volunteers.
• Reliable and punctual attendance, alignment with CCG’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities for infants/toddlers (birth to three).
• Support multiple classrooms by learning routines, setting up daily activities, and maintaining centers.
• Build positive relationships with children and families; participate in conferences and meetings.
• Provide classroom coverage in the teacher’s absence and collaborate with staff as a team.
• Maintain required documentation using CCG systems and assist with inventory and supplies.
