Job summary

Operation PAR, Inc. is seeking a qualified program administrator to oversee the day-to-day operation, supervision, and compliance of a child care and development facility in Pinellas County, Florida.

You will ensure adherence to licensing standards, lead program quality improvement efforts, and support staff through training and supervision. The position emphasizes dignity, teamwork, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Early Education/Development.
• Lead teacher or assistant director experience preferred for 2 years.
• 45 clock hours and CDA credentials required.
• Minimum five years’ experience with children aged 0–5.
• Two years of supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
