Job summary

Operation PAR, Inc. is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee day-to-day operation of a child care facility in Largo, FL. You will ensure compliance with Pinellas County licensing, ELC and state guidelines, and promote quality assurance and improvement across staff and clients.

The role requires a relevant degree (or 2 years’ lead teaching/assistant director experience), supervisory capacity, and a commitment to respectful, collaborative practice within a behavioral health context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Early Education/Development field preferred.
• Associate's degree with 2 years’ lead teacher/assistant director experience.
• 45 clock hours & CDA mandatory.
• Five years’ experience with young children 0–5 years old.
• Two years’ experience as child care director – preferred, not required.
• Two years of Supervisory/ Managerial experience – preferred, not required.

Education
