Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a large early childhood or child care program strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple age groups from infants through school age.
• Previous classroom teaching experience highly valued.
• Experience supervising and supporting teams of 20+ employees preferred for director-level candidates.
• Experience with curriculum oversight, teacher coaching, and staff development.
• Exposure to broad school operations (scheduling, programming, food service, compliance, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support across all classrooms.
• Focus on curriculum implementation and educational quality.
• Work on teacher coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
• Build strong relationships with teachers and families.
• Support school-wide programming and operations as needed.
