Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. is seeking full-time paraprofessionals/classroom aides to support teachers and help preschoolers reach development goals and master preschool expectations.

The role requires an associate degree or 48 college credits, or a ParaPro Praxis score (min 456). Preschool experience and Create Curriculum familiarity are preferred; the position starts after 09/01/2026.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from an accredited college or university, OR, 48 credits from an accredited college or university, OR, passing score on the ParaPro Praxis exam (minimum score 456).
• Experience working with preschool children preferred.
• Experience with Create Curriculum preferred.

Responsibilities

• Full-time paraprofessionals to assist classroom teacher and work with children to help them develop goals and objectives to master preschool expectations.
