Job summary

Tutor Time Childcare in Matthews, NC is seeking a Lead Teacher who creates engaging learning experiences, mentors fellow teachers, and ensures activities align with state licensing guidelines and company standards. You’ll lead classroom management, promote social, physical, and cognitive growth, and build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the center’s success.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:
