Job summary

Learning Care Group in Aurora, IL is hiring Lead Teachers to inspire lifelong learners and support families every day. This role focuses on creating engaging, hands-on learning experiences and mentoring fellow teachers.

You will manage classroom operations, align with state licensing and company standards, and communicate with families to promote child development. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, full-time hours, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must meet state requirements for education and childcare center standards.

As a Lead Teacher, you'll:

• Create! Develop fun,interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool childreninyour class.
• Call the shots! Take the lead onclassroom managementand curriculum implementation,plusbe an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate! Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center's success.

• Compensation and Benefits:
• Compensation range of $18 -19.25 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers
