Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to develop engaging activities and mentor teammates in a lively preschool environment. You will foster the social, physical, and cognitive growth of children while ensuring alignment with licensing guidelines and center standards.

The role emphasizes strength in classroom leadership, lesson planning, and strong family communication. Monday–Friday on-site schedule, with a strong benefits package including insurance and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Meet state education requirements for our childcare center.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

• Create! Develop fun,interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.

• Call the shots! Take the lead onclassroom managementand curriculum implementation,plusbe an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate! Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation range of $18-$19.25 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers
