Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher in North Carolina. You will create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and take the lead on classroom management while ensuring curriculum aligns with licensing guidelines and company standards.

You will communicate with families to support each child’s growth and contribute to a positive, welcoming center environment. Must be able to work indoors or outdoors with children.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
