Celebree School™ is seeking a School Operations Manager to co-lead with the School Director and Assistant Director, driving talent development, brand integrity, and operational excellence. You will focus on building a welcoming school community and ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will oversee safety, compliance, scheduling, and customer service, while supporting new initiatives and managing childcare operations to support growth and excellence across the location.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred.
• Assistant Director qualification strongly preferred.
• Preschool lead teacher, infant/toddler, and school-age certifications strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build a school community that attracts new families and team members fostering positive relationships.
• Provide classroom coverage as needed, serving as a substitute teacher when regular staff are absent, on break, attending training, or when additional classroom support is required.
• Oversee the School-Age Program, including supervising children, supporting daily activities, maintaining safety and ratios, and driving the school bus/van for pick-up/drop-off and field trips as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, regulations, and Celebree standards, policies, and procedures.
• Support the Director and Assistant Director in maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-organized school environment, including assisting with safety procedures, supervision, emergency preparedness, and daily operational needs.
• Management of childcare operations, from scheduling to documentation, ensuring smooth operations and record-keeping.
• Ensure exceptional customer service experiences, e.g., thorough, friendly tours (visits); welcoming environment; accessible for parent meetings, phone calls, etc.;
• Support and lead new company initiatives
