Job summary

AnthroMed Education is seeking an Early Education Occupational Therapist in Flat Rock, MI for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time role focuses on preschool students, helping them develop fine motor, sensory, self-care and school participation skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Michigan Occupational Therapist licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to preschool-aged students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct OT services to students with diverse developmental needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to promote student success.
• Recommend adaptive equipment, environmental modifications, and sensory strategies.
• Monitor progress, maintain documentation, and complete Medicaid/IEP paperwork.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute recommendations.
