Job summary

AnthroMed Education is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for full-time, onsite therapy services in Dearborn, Michigan, serving K-8 students across three buildings. The role requires collaboration with families and school staff to support fine motor and sensory needs.

You’ll conduct evaluations, help develop IEPs, and document progress while working within a supportive clinical team. The position offers comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional development throughout the school year.

Qualifications

• Certification as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Michigan.
• Previous experience working with children or in a school-based setting is preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration skills, and a passion for working with diverse student populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time occupational therapy services, Monday-Friday.
• Conduct evaluations, help develop IEPs as appropriate, and implement evidence-based interventions to address fine motor and sensory regulation needs.
• Collaborate with families, classroom teachers, and other related service providers to support students’ skills across both classroom and individual settings including in the home.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.
• Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.
• Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.

Hourly Range: $50-$65/hour, (W2, paid weekly) based on experience and qualifications.
