We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Qualified Pre-School Teacher to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Montessori-trained teacher to guide our pre-school students (ages 2 1/2 - 6 Yrs) in a prepared Montessori environment. The ideal candidate will inspire a love of learning, promote independence, and create a warm, inclusive classroom community.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement Montessori curriculum for pre-school-aged children, fostering intellectual, social, and emotional growth.
• Prepare and maintain an organized, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
• Observe and assess each child’s progress, tailoring instruction to meet individual needs.
• Foster independence, self-discipline, and respect in students through Montessori principles.
• Collaborate with parents, providing regular updates on student progress and development.
• Work closely with colleagues to support school-wide goals and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behavior.

Qualifications

• Montessori certification (AMS, AMI, or equivalent) for the pre-school level (ages 3-6).
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (preferred).
