The Pillars: Mountain Peak is hiring caring Preschool Teachers to support the Lead Teacher in a safe, nurturing classroom for children from infancy to age twelve. You’ll help deliver a development-focused schedule with activities, meals, and transitions, while modeling Christian values.

This full-time role requires patience, dependability, and the ability to adapt to each child’s needs. Based in our Texas center, you’ll work Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior teaching experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily activities that promote physical, mental, and social development.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children by demonstrating courtesy and patience.
• Help maintain classroom safety, order, and routine by reinforcing behavioral expectations.
• Facilitate balanced instructional experiences through observation, questioning, play, and discovery.
• Adapt teaching strategies and materials to meet individual needs and interests.
• Greet children warmly and assist with transitions into the school environment.
• Provide age-appropriate care including feeding, dressing, and diapering as needed.
• Promote proper hygiene and healthy eating habits through modeling and instruction.

Formação académica

High school diploma or equivalent
