Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, and serve meals for preschool classrooms in line with Head Start guidelines.
• Ensure meals are served at proper temperatures and presented well.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
• Maintain daily meal counts and sanitation checklists.
