Job summary

Tiny Town Childcare & Learning Center in Ohio is seeking a dedicated childcare staff member to provide a safe, nurturing environment that supports the growth and development of young children. You will engage children in age-appropriate activities, maintain daily routines, monitor safety, and communicate openly with parents about progress and concerns.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare, daycare, babysitting, or related field.
• Knowledge of infant, toddler, and preschool caregiving.
• Strong classroom management to create a structured learning environment.
• Ability to adapt to different age groups and individual needs.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication with parents and colleagues.
