Learning Care is hiring Lead Teachers to create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers and guiding curriculum implementation in a welcoming preschool setting.

You'll promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children, build strong relationships with families, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and center standards. This full-time, Monday–Friday role offers comprehensive benefits, tuition assistance, and a supportive team in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create! Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.
• Call the shots! Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and center standards.
• Communicate! Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and center’s success.
