Job summary

Cadence Education in Omaha, NE seeks a passionate Preschool Lead Teacher to create a warm, inclusive classroom aligned with Cadence programs. You will plan developmentally appropriate curriculum, lead daily operations, and partner with families to support each child’s growth.

You’ll ensure safety, licensing compliance, and professional collaboration with a team of educators, while promoting IEPs where applicable and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Must meet state licensing requirements for Lead Teachers.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
• Plan, implement, and document developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Maintain a safe and well-supervised classroom.
