Qualifications

• Must have Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• CDA certification preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous experience preferred.
• Has successfully completed state-required pre-service training.
• Develops relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty members.
• Ability to calmly address stressful situations professionally while multi-tasking.
• Meets background check eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging early childhood activities and curriculum.
• Observe children's interests and collaborate with colleagues to develop creative ideas for the curriculum.
• Communicate with parents daily about children's progress via apps and discussions.
• Collaborate with other childcare professionals and maintain classroom ratios to ensure a safe learning environment.
