Over The Rainbow CDC is seeking an experienced Preschool Lead Teacher to create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning environments. You will lead a classroom using The Creative Curriculum, nurture children's growth, and partner with a Teacher Assistant to maintain an organized, positive space.

You should bring a CDA or higher in Early Childhood Education, proven lead-teacher experience, and strong communication with families.

Qualifications

• Requires CDA or higher in early childhood education with preschool focus.
• Lead preschool classroom experience and strong behavior management skills.
• Experience using The Creative Curriculum and strong family communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Preschool classroom using The Creative Curriculum.
